Exhibition
During the symposium, an exhibition will be held hosting public and private agencies and companies concerned with e-Services. Interested institutions are invited to participate in this exhibition. The exhibition contains several units each of which is 9 m2 (3m x 3m) with standard stands with the name of participating entities. Each exhibition unit has 13 A /110 V electricity outlet. Reservation & Fee Procedure
1. Download the "rent request form" and fill it. (DOWNLOAD RENT BOOTH REQUEST FORM)
2. Submit the "request form" by Fax to: +96638720859 or E-mail exhibition@eservices-sa.net
3. After getting the approval from "Exhibition & Sponsors Committee"; download the "contract form" and fill it. (DOWNLOAD CONTRACT FORM)
4. Submit the "contract form" by fax to: +96638720859 or E-mail exhibition@eservices-sa.net
5. For payment procedure read the contract. Payment should be paid within one week from Exhibition & Sponsors Committee approval or the company well loses the reservation.
